Operator copilot, running live

A simulated aseptic fill-pack line streaming the same signals a real line publishes over OPC UA. Trigger an alarm: a starved infeed, a low seal temperature, an unclear throughput drop, or an open guard. Watch the copilot read the machine and the SOP, score each decision, and either act on the confident ones or hand the uncertain and safety-critical ones to a person.
